What is a mental health clinic?

Someone like you or someone you care about can receive mental health care, including treatment for conditions like depression, PTSD, ADHD, substance use disorder, and others. There’s a lot a mental health clinic can do for you and the ones you care about.

At Advanced Psych Care we can provide services with minimal wait times, as opposed to public clinics which can have excessive wait times and are able to create a private and therapeutic environment for our patients where their wellbeing is our only focus.

Our clinic’s owner and practitioner is Norrine McNelley PMHNP-BC, a psychiatric nurse practitioner who’s board-certified in the treatment of psychiatric/mental illnesses. You can be sure she will take the time to understand your particular needs and determine how to treat you safely and effectively. Norrine McNelley PMHNP-BC has been in the psychiatric/mental health field for many years and can see patients in the New Hampshire and Massachusetts areas.

What services do you offer at your clinic?

At Advanced Psych Care, we’re able to offer you a number of mental health services and more. Adults ages 18 to 65 can receive services like medication management. You or a loved one may benefit from services like:

Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) – For patients who require SUBOXONE/Buprenorphine, Vivitrol, or other drugs
Telepsychiatry – Psychiatric telemedicine, or mental health care via phone or videoconference
Therapy referrals – For conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), bipolar disorder, ADD, ADHD, or substance use disorder (drug addiction or abuse)
Medication management and prescriptions
And more

Sometimes therapy alone is all a patient needs, while other times a patient benefits from a medication too which can enhance the benefits of therapy. If necessary, we can connect and network with other medical professionals for drug or alcohol addiction treatment.
